Eligibility for Refunds

  • If the service was not performed as described or promised.
  • If there was significant damage caused to your vehicle during the service.
  • If you canceled your appointment more than 24 hours in advance and would like a refund for a prepaid service.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of your service at info@primocarwash.com. Please include your receipt and a brief description of your concern.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received, we will review your case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exceptions

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Service fees that have already been utilized.
  • Any service that has been altered or customized after purchase.
